FISHING

Fishing Information
: Enjoy fishing for bass, bream, catfish and crappie in the 18-acre park lake. The bream in this lake are catch and release. A valid South Carolina fishing license is required. Guests may try their luck from the bank, from the handicap accessible fishing pier or from a rental jon boat.

: There is a handicap accessible fishing pier located on the park lake.
BOATING

Boating and Boat Access
: Rental fishing boats are available. Private boats that can be hand-carried from the parking lot to the lake are allowed. Gasoline motors are not allowed on the lake.

Fishing Boat Rentals
: Non-motorized fishing boats rent for $15/day or $3/hour.

: The Garden of the Waxhaws Trail around the park lake offers the best birding opportunities on the park.

: The park also has horseshoe pits, a volleyball net that is available for setup upon request and board games available for check-out in the park office.
