Tent & RV Camping
The South Carolina State Parks offer some of the best camping opportunities in the state, with over 3,000 campsites statewide. We offer tent and RV camping experiences from the mountains to the sea and on most every major reservoir
lake in between.
Standard RV sites are equipped with water and 30-amp electric service. Some of our standard sites have been upgraded to 50-amp service sites. Three of our parks:
Barnwell,
Huntington Beach and
Myrtle Beach offer some full hookup sites with water, electric and sewer service.
Designated tent sites are equipped with water and tent pads; however, if you have a tent you can place it on any campsite, tent or RV, throughout the state park system.
