HOURS AND ADMISSION

  • Admission : Free admission
  • Days and Hours of Operation : Sa-Th 9am-6pm; Fri 9am-8pm (extended to 9pm M-Su during Daylight Saving Time)
  • Office Hours : 11am-noon & 4-5pm, daily
  • Visitor Center : The Jocassee Gorges Visitor Center houses exhibits about the region's extraordinary natural diversity, the region's importance as a scientific research destination, the history of the people who lived here in the past and features a three-dimensional topographic map of the region.

    Hours of operation: Daily from 11am-Noon and 4pm-5pm.

PETS

  • Pets : Pets are not allowed in the cabin or the cabin area. Pets are allowed in most other outdoor areas provided they are kept under physical restraint or on a leash not longer than six feet. Owners will be asked to remove noisy or dangerous pets or pets that threaten or harass wildlife.
