• Camping Information: Each site is packed gravel and includes individual water and electrical hookups. Several sites accommodate RVs up to 40 feet. The campground is convenient to restroom facilities with hot showers. While tent campers may use the main camping area, the park offers a designated tent site area which includes central water.

  Camping reservations must be made for a minimum of two nights.
  
  Reservations requested less than one (1) day in advance of check-in must be made directly through the park.
  
  For example: If today is Friday and you are making a reservation checking in on today, Friday, you must make the reservation by contacting the park directly.
  
  Campers may stay a maximum of 14 nights at Kings Mountain. After the 14th night, they must vacate the park for 7 consecutive nights before returning.
  
  
• Standard Sites with Elec. & Water: 115 sites
  
• Designated Tent Sites: There are six designated sites for hammock and tent camping with central water & restroom access. Sites H1, H4, & H6 include a shelter and electricity. Sites H2, H3, H5 do not have electricity. All sites include a picnic table, fire ring, and a charcoal grill.
  
• Dump Station: Yes
• Primitive Group Area: Reservations are required.
  
  To make a primitive group camping reservation, contact the park directly, these reservations cannot be made online. Minimum rate is $13 -15.50 which allows up to ten campers. The rate increases by $5-6.50 increments for each additional five campers.
  
  
• Tent Camping: Yes
• RV Camping: Yes

• Pets: Pets are allowed in most outdoor areas provided they are kept under physical restraint or on a leash not longer than six feet. Owners will be asked to remove noisy or dangerous pets or pets that threaten or harass wildlife. Pets are not allowed in or around cabins, cabin areas or other lodging facilities.
