• Significant Features : The park is located adjacent to Kings Mountain National Military Park, a Revolutionary War battlesite.
  
  The 63-acre Lake York and the 13-acre Lake Crawford were both built by the CCC. The CCC rockwork of the bath house and the dam to Lake Crawford can be viewed by taking the Farm Trail.
