Fishing Information: Enjoy fishing in one of the four park lakes or the South Fork of the Edisto River for bream, bass and catfish. A valid South Carolina fishing license is required.
BOATING

Boating and Boat Access: Private boats are allowed on the South Fork of the Edisto River. River access is available at the state park boat landing.

Canoe Rentals: Canoes are available for rent at the park for $15/day. This includes your life jackets and paddles.
Aiken State Natural Area also boasts a 1.7 mile canoe trail on which you can enjoy paddling your own canoe or a rental boat.

Boat Rentals: Canoes, kayaks, and non-motorized fishing boats are available for rent year round. Rentals include life jackets and paddles. Fees for rentals are $15/day. Contact the park for more information.

Picnic Area and Shelters: Three picnic shelters are available for family or other group gatherings. Each shelter may be reserved for $25-32/day. If shelters are not reserved, guests may use shelters on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge.
