  • Fishing Information: Enjoy fishing in Lake Greenwood for bass, crappie, bream, perch, catfish, stripers.

    A valid South Carolina fishing license is required.

BOATING

  • Boating and Boat Access: Three boat ramps provide private boat acces to Lake Greenwood.

  • Picnic Area and Shelters: Four picnic shelters are available for family or other group gatherings. Each shelter may be reserved for $35-44/day.

    If shelters are not reserved, guests may use on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge.

    Note: Admission fee is not included in shelter price. Rates listed do not include applicable tax and nonrefundable transaction fee.

EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

  • Education Center: The John and Holly Self Drummond Conservation Education and Conference Center features an extensive , interactive exhibit recounting the history of the Civilian Conservation Corps, the New Deal-era work teams who built state parks and other long-lasting conservation and recreation projects throughout the nation.

  • Nature Trails: The 0.8-mile nature trail begins at the recreation building located in campground #1.
