At Charles Towne Landing we are excited to help you plan your group visit with us!

A group rate is based upon a minimum of 25 paying visitors who pay as a unit. Otherwise, regular admission rates apply.
Experiences Available
Museum and Outdoor Exhibits
Our Visitor Center features a museum with 12 rooms of interactive exhibits that use a variety of media to trace the origins of Carolina, the colonists’ journey across the Atlantic Ocean, some of the challenges and opportunities of this new colony, and the legacy they left behind.
Our outdoor exhibits provide insights to the past through archaeological remains, reconstructed fortifications, and other structures that portray colonial life ways.
These self-guided experiences are included with admission.
Audio Tour (Available 7 days a week)
Groups are encouraged to enhance their self-guided experience by taking our 22-stop audio tour. Each person will be issued an MP3 player and headphones that are to be returned upon the tour’s conclusion.
The Audio Tour Group Rate is $8.00 per participant (admission included).
Ranger-guided Program (Available Wednesday – Friday at 10:00 am)
Ranger-guided programs are available on a limited basis. Reservations must be made prior to the day of your visit to Charles Towne Landing State Historic Site. To ensure adequate staffing and to avoid conflicts with other groups' schedules, please make your reservation as soon as possible. To make a reservation, please call (843) 852-4200.
The Ranger-guided Program Group Rate is $8.00 per participant (admission included).
