Turtle Trail Naturalist Hike for families
At Paris Mountain State Park
Anyone with enthusiasm for the natural world can become an amateur naturalist! Join a ranger on a hike on the Turtle Trail, using tools, tips and hand-outs to encourage the pursuit of natural wonder. The total distance adds up to about 1 1/2 miles, on an easy to moderate trail. This program is for ages 8 and up. Limit 25 people. Registration required. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Cost is $5 per person (pay online here to book your spot), PLUS park admission, paid at the admission booth (if you have an All Parks Passport, you only pay the program cost now, and nothing at the admission booth). Payments are nonrefundable. Park admission is $3.50 for ages 6 - 15, $6 for ages 16 - 64, and $3.75 for ages 65+. Children under age 6 do not pay admission. This program is also available for groups on other weekdays.
