PARK ADVISORY

No Mow April!

The Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area is letting their grasses grow to support early-season pollinators providing them with food and habitat. Pollinators are responsible for over 85% of the world’s flowering plants and unfortunately, pollinators are in serious decline from habitat loss, pesticide use, and introduced diseases. Join us and let your lawn go unmowed allowing those violets and clovers to bloom!
